Smart Buy Fuel System
Methodology

The Comdata Smart Buy data is derived from credit card transactions at more than 100,000 outlets around the country as
well as direct feeds from individual chains. The site displays the last price received over the past 4 days at each location and
is meant to be a guide for consumers to make more informed fuel purchasing decisions.

The diameter displayed is the diameter of the geographic area that you requested.

The low, average and high price listed in the results box displays the low, average and high price for the fuel product within
the criteria results.

Although Comdata strives to obtain as many station prices as possible, it does not guarantee that it will receive a price for every station every day. Comdata does not guarantee the accuracy of these prices as they can change at a moments notice. Therefore, there may be a station which is not reported, but does have a lower price. In addition, the gross profit data displayed is an estimate based on OPIS rack data. Actual margins at each station may vary depending on the station’s actual buying deals they have with their supplier.

The prices reported on this page are for the benefit of individual Comdata Fleets only. They may not be republished in any way. Violation of these limits will result in a charper per violation equal to the annual charge for the service or $10,000, whichever is greater, plus reimbursement of legal fees.
